Haven't done this in a while, too depressing. But this is a class example of bad impatient driving.
I'm riding out of the gutter (the dotted cyclelane is under water a lot!) but in the bus lane. I'm shocked to hear a car engine screaming up behind me and look to find it right on my back end. Scared witless I wobble and the driver takes this opportunity to push their vehicle dangerously close to me. Offences as follows.
In Bus Lane. Highway Code 141. ".. you should not drive in a bus lane .."
www.gov.uk/general-rules-all-drivers-riders-103-to-158/multilane-carriageways-133-to-143
Speeding. Frame-by-frame analysis against road markings show the driver is driving at around 40mph, well above the 30mph limit. Notice slaming on the brakes as they get to the speed camera.
Undertaking. Highway Code 268 "Do not overtake on the left or move to a lane on your left to overtake" applies to all multi-lane carraigeways.
www.gov.uk/motorways-253-to-273/overtaking-267-to-269
Too Close to Cyclist. Highway Code 163. "give motorcyclists, cyclists and horse riders at least as much room as you would when overtaking a car".
www.gov.uk/using-the-road-159-to-203/overtaking-162-to-169
Too Close to Cyclist. Highway Code 212. "When passing motorcyclists and cyclists, give them plenty of room. If they look over their shoulder it could mean that they intend to pull out, turn right or change direction. "

Because of the nature of the multiple driving offences this must at least come under the level of careless driving.

Arguably, something along the lines of Dangerous Driving really should apply here.
